A quick trip up to Pennsylvania this weekend for more WCRL with Syrio. Bella Vista is a lovely facility that has a full size agility ring (turf) and an annex building with a rally ring on mats. It’s only 90 minutes or so north of my house, so not a bad trip at all!

- Pick up a few more QQs toward his ARCHEX title.
The Road to ARCHEX
The ARCHEX is the third of four championship titles for WCRL.
To earn it, a team needs:
- the ARCHX title,
- the Level 3 title, and
- 10 QQs in Levels 2B & 3B with scores 195+
- Translation: Qualifying scores in Level 2B and 3B in the same trial that are over 195 (out of 210).
Great Stuff All Around
Syrio was a super good little man! We had worked on his Back Up (beep beep!) since the last trial and that work paid off! He had a picture perfect Back Up 3 Steps and his Reverse Heel was much improved!

Training Goals
Heeling Engagement – Always a work in progress! He is lagging a bit more than forging, so going to see if we can fix that!
Happier, Snappier Fronts – He was slow with doing his Sit at Front this trial, so we’re going to see about making Fronts more fun.
Next Trial
Syrio’s next trial is May 14-15 at Breakaway Action Dogs in Frederick. If all goes well, he may get his ARCHEX!
